FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is placement guaranteed?
No. SampleRoom facilitates access and manages logistics.
Final selection rests with stylists and production teams.
Who pays for shipping?
Brands are responsible for shipping to and from SampleRoom.
What happens if samples are damaged?
We document condition upon intake and return. Standard industry wear applies during pulls. Significant damage will be reported promptly.
Can international brands participate?
Yes. Many of our partners are global brands seeking U.S. entertainment placement.
How many items can I store?
We offer tiered subscriptions based on item volume (10, 25, 50+ items). Custom pricing applies for larger inventories.
Do you promote samples proactively?
We respond to verified requests and strategically surface brands aligned with specific pulls. We do not mass distribute or overexpose inventory.
Is there a recurring monthly fee?
Yes. Fees are billed on a monthly subscription based on tier selected and require an account on file for auto billing.
Cancellations
How does cancellation work?
Brands may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will take effect at the end of the next billing cycle.
This ensures we have adequate time to properly close out any active pulls, complete documentation, and prepare your inventory for return.
What happens after cancellation?
Once cancellation is submitted:
- Your subscription will remain active through the end of the billing cycle.
- We will finalize any outstanding pull activity and close your account.
- A final inventory report will be issued.
- Brands must provide a prepaid shipping label before the end of the billing cycle to facilitate return of all stored items.
If a shipping label is not provided by the close of the billing cycle, storage fees (dependant on inventory quantities) will apply and will be charged to the card on file until inventory is returned.
