What does Small Batch Fulfillment include?

Inventory intake and storage, SKU logging and organization, wholesale order processing, returns & shipping coordination, inventory support.
This is structured logistics not high-volume 3PL warehousing.

Is there a minimum volume requirement?

No. Volume thresholds are reviewed during application and pricing per volume will be provided.

Can you handle direct-to-consumer orders?

Limited DTC support is available depending on scope. Our model prioritizes wholesale and controlled retail expansion.

Do you provide packaging or labeling?

Brands must provide standardized packaging and SKU labeling.
We maintain handling standards but do not manufacture packaging materials.

Is there a recurring monthly fee?

Yes. Fees are billed on a monthly subscription based on volume and require an account on file for auto billing.

Do brands retain ownership of their products?

Yes. Brands retain full ownership at all times.

What if my brand is not yet operationally ready?

If infrastructure gaps are identified, we recommend beginning with StrategyRoom to strengthen pricing, margins, or logistics before activation.

Cancellations

How does cancellation work?

Brands may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will take effect at the end of the next billing cycle.

This ensures we have adequate time to properly close out any active pulls, complete documentation, and prepare your inventory for return.

What happens after cancellation?

Once cancellation is submitted:

  • Your subscription will remain active through the end of the billing cycle.
  • We will finalize any outstanding pull activity and close your account.
  • A final inventory report will be issued.
  • Brands must provide a prepaid shipping label before the end of the billing cycle to facilitate return of all stored items.

If a shipping label is not provided by the close of the billing cycle, storage fees (dependant on inventory quantities) will apply and will be charged to the card on file until inventory is returned.
